Item: NWT COACH Madison Leather Checkbook Wallet #43221 White
Listing number: 270753589489
Seller: jldeals4u

Not sure if this wallet ever came with gold hardware & blue interior lining..Please help?
I don't recommend buying anything from jldeals4u.

The seller uses stolen stock photos as the gallery pics and some of the other pictures within every one of her listings. Not only is it misleading to buyers because they aren't seeing the actual items but it's illegal to infringe on Coach's copyrighted images.

Additionally, for the item in question especially, it's important to see many clear pictures of the actual item since Coach wallets are so "well-faked." In fact, I believe that even the other collage-style picture in the listing was "borrowed" from elsewhere and isn't her own. There's no way to know what you will get if you buy from her.

And for this "top rated seller" to have the nerve to put her watermark on Coach's stock photos as in the following listing is the topping on the cake!!

You're welcome.

Unfortunately, there's nothing to report.

For copyright infringement, only the rights owner can report so Coach or its representatives would have to submit a report.

As for another type of report, you can't report the items as fake because there's no way to know whether they're fake or not.

Comments: And I've attached a picture of the creed the seller sent me. I'm a little iffy because the seller hasn't really sold much and the spacing of the writing on the creed seems.. odd.

I'm fairly familiar with recognizing Coach knockoffs, but not so much the vintage bags. Anyway, I bought a vintage Coach at a consignment shop and I think it's a fake. It passed the feel test, but I didn't have my reading glasses on and I couldn't read the creed. I had the sales girl look at the creed for me and she assured me it was real. I'm pretty sure that she actually believed it was real. The bag is definitely leather, but there is no YKK on the zipper or a "No." in front of the serial numbers. Also the printing on the creed looks off. The spelling and grammar are correct, but the word "Coach" is arched and the letters don't look even. Did Coach ever make any bags without putting "No." or "NO." in front of the serial numbers and did they use YKK zippers on their older bags? Here are the pics of my bag. - http://www.use.com/editset.pl?set=95bf0ed8cbf59782eb46

I apologize for the bad pics, but I have a crappy camera.

I'm not an expert, but the spacing on that creed does look messed up. Maybe it's a really bad pic, but it looks like 'markings' is spelled 'marxings' and does it say 'Made in USA' at the very bottom? That's def something I haven't seen before.

DO NOT BID ON THE FIRST ONE, IT'S FAKE. As Baglands pointed out, there are several misspellings (marXings, scar,) in the creed, the spacing between words is completely wrong, and the serial number is a known fake and is on the Fakes List at the Answers thread. Posts 549, 550 and 551:

The second one's genuine.

It looks like the "No" may have worn off, there was definitely something in that space in front of the number.

Older creeds are always going to have variations between years, styles and plants. I don't see anything to worry about.

Please search this thread and the "Answers to Authenticity Questions" for "YKK zipper" or read the last 10 or 15 pages of posts in the "Answers ..." thread to learn about zippers. And read my Signature below.
