Hi, could I please get your opinions on the authenticity of this bag? Are there many fakes of this style? Thanks!

The lady is a nut case, I think she honestly thinks I want a knock off, Well anyway I mailed it back yesterday priority with conformation, and insurance...I filed a dispute with paypal so that I am protected if it comes down to it. We will see what happens between tomorrow or Saturday when she gets her fugly bag back. She is trying to say that I have to pay for all the shipping plus the Ebay ending fees, the girl is just NOT right. I told her that she can file with Ebay for her final fees. We'll see...

hi all,
still trying to identify that patchwork bag.

I found with Paypal that they are really good about getting your money back for you on fakes. I got stung last summer for a Coach Scribble Hobo from 2005 for over $200.00. It was the WORST fake I have ever seen. The colors in the bag actually bled onto the white background and the hardware was falling off. Thankfully, I got all the money back, including my shipping fees. So don't agree to anything with the seller. I also told the seller of my fake bag, that I had given her name and information to Coach's legal department. Worked like a charm!
If your seller wants to continue selling on ebay and accepting payments via Paypal, she'll cough up the money.

Hi ladies,
I bid on a bag, and won, (only bidder ... wonder why?), have received it and I think it's probably not real. This was before I knew about the drilldown. If the numbers for the dd pull up a totally different bag, does that mean mine is fake? thanks!

I don't know how to post the pics, but the purse I won was #120097971895 and number on creed is 072-7009. It's sort of like a raised leather adhesive embossed seperate # patch under the creed. There's another on ebay that looks like it w/ #250098433702 and #500-0909. I asked that seller to add a more clear photo of id and instead he just emailed the #. Neither of them match in the DD.

the creed looks fake to me, especially since it's crooked and I dont think the creeds ever said New York City. Older bags said United States in some cases. I vote definitely fake, but maybe Hyacinth will take a look, she's the expert in my book!

no, just got that bag in the hobo too! i have a thing for the hobos! yikes....
now i'm really wondering if the bag i saw was a fake. the funny thing is that i never saw it on any of the knock-off sites either...dang! and it looked right to me when i saw it. clean stitching, the hardware, etc.
