After falling victim to not knowing how to tell a fake and receiving one.. I figured its best to trust the experts on this ;) I'm just starting to fall in love with Coach (yeah, i know.. starting to? cut me some slack, i just started carrying purses.. and yeah, im 21 years old. I suppose its time to start being a bit more feminine!) I own one that I bought in the store (hamptons signature wristlet, black), and the fake one that i mistakenly paid $35 for on ebay that I'm trying to dispute, but I was looking for some more cost-effective alternatives. I'll have to visit the outlet sometime.

Hi all!
Newbie here. I have a help me identify Coach bag question!
Last year, prior to the Hampton Patchwork hobo bags coming out, I saw a lady carrying a Coach patchwork hobo made from a floral print and other pieces of Coach fabrics. The color pallette was white, raspberry pink, and slate blues. I didn't see any leather patches on the bag, only fabric. When I saw the bag, it appeared to be real...stitching, hardware etc.
Since then, I have only seen the bag come up on ebay once, and it was a seller in the U.K.
I didn't get a picture of the bag, but does this bag sound familiar to anyone here? I was thinking that maybe it was a very limited run of the bag, or maybe it was a fake after all.
Any help would be appreciated!!

hmmmm, I'm not sure. Coach really does not do that many patchworks, most people don't realize that. They maybe do 5 or 6 a year at most. If you have any other specific details or can find a pic, I can tell you more about it (I love the patchworks!)

The slate blue and the pink in the tye dye are the colors that were in this bag i saw, and also, the small floral patch on the 2006 Hampton Patchwork was on the bottom of the bag, but in a different color.
I swear it looked authentic.

I love the patchwork too. Maybe it was a part of the tye dye collection. But the thing that puzzles me is the lack of any leather patches on the bag I saw. But it was definately the same colorway of the tye dye group. ARGHHH! It's driving me crazy trying to identify the bag.
