I found with Paypal that they are really good about getting your money back for you on fakes. I got stung last summer for a Coach Scribble Hobo from 2005 for over $200.00. It was the WORST fake I have ever seen. The colors in the bag actually bled onto the white background and the hardware was falling off. Thankfully, I got all the money back, including my shipping fees. So don't agree to anything with the seller. I also told the seller of my fake bag, that I had given her name and information to Coach's legal department. Worked like a charm!
If your seller wants to continue selling on ebay and accepting payments via Paypal, she'll cough up the money.

i'm afraid to go read the ebay forum. i finally received my coach scribble pouch today 8816, which was mailed on the 20th. bought through ebay. and just glad this one was a real one. whew!
spent all of last night going through all the patchwork bags on ebay, and my wish list just went up by five more bags. dang.
