I think this one is okay but because of a recent change Coach made, sellers need to know that in addition to creed pics, they need to include a picture of the tag/label from inside the pocket. Coach isn't putting serial numbers on creeds so the pocket tag has information we need to help for authentications.

Other opinions are welcome.

I'm betting she's a reseller who buys trailerloads of returns, defective items and/or shopworn items from Federated stores or similar sources. Items can often have defects, missing parts and signs of use.

There are plenty of good sellers who sell those types of items but they show lots of pictures and fully disclose any problems.

The creed patch and stitching is also a mess and that's not one of the very few wallets or wristlets that had creeds. The strap clip is wrong, the mag snap is wrong, and there's enough sealant on that thing to caulk a battleship. And No, I've never seen any of those details on other Coaches.
