Would love to hear from authenticators regarding this tote! Thanks in advance

It's genuine.

The scrambled serial number is a common plant mistake from that time period. It's mentioned at least once in the Salearea Coach Guides, the link to that thread is in this Coach Shopping sub forum.I recommend reading the entire thread, and don't worry if some of the older links don't work any more.

Thank you. I frequent the SaleArea guides often and was aware of some known mistakes with serial numbers but couldn’t remember this one and even searched for it. I’ll go back to refresh my memory. Appreciate your help

Hello!

I purchased this Coach Side Pack locally, cleaned it up, and am considering listing it for resale. Would this forum mind authenticating it? Thanks in advance!

What a great find! And in what looks like excellent condition, which is unusual for a light color suede bag, and it still has its special hangtag. It was part of a line of mostly Special Edition designs originally called Poppies For Peace that Coach created in connection with the Peace Games, an annual American-Canadian athletic competition which sadly ended in the same year as this one was made, September 2003. Some background on the Games:

This one was called a Soho Floral Suede Small Hobo. Here's Coach's website page from February 2004:

It's a lovely bag. Enjoy it!
