1- genuine Dinky style 9375, made some time between 1980 and 1988.

2- genuine, same time period as the first one. Early bags with NYC creeds and serial numbers can't be dated exactly, but it's NOT from the 1990s. The single tubular strap apparently replaced the original double strap in 1980 and No, they did not stop making them in 1980. The most recent catalog page in my files is from 1989 but they may have been made even more recently OR even re-issued in the 1990s.

thank you so much, I appreciate your taking the time to look! To be clear in case I wasn't, I meant I thought they stop manufacturing only in NYC around 1980, not that they stopped making dinky bags specifically around that year. Appreciate the education!

Genuine, from 2001. "Wonky stitching" is never used as proof that something's fake except in extreme cases. We prefer using details that aren't a result of human inexperience or incompetence or a faulty sewing machine or trying to sew through multiple layers of leather.
Thank you Hyacinth! I’m learning so much from you - really appreciate the help.

I think it's good, but other opinions are welcome. There's one small detail that I haven't seen on a Station Bag in a while. The creed and serial number look good.

That's not correct either. If you're getting that information about NYC and 1980 from some online source, you getting VERY bad information! Where did you hear this? If it's on some internet site or group, ignore and delete it. There were several "guides" throwing out some totally wrong dates and production information as far back as 15 years ago, but the Salearea Guides posted here and Pinned to the top of every Index page in this Authenticate forum has the correct information.

We've found 1 or 2 Made in NYC creeds apparently dated 1988 and even 1989, but that creed wording had been dropped for almost every Coach bag by the early part of 1988. Coach continued to MAKE bags in NYC but with a different creed wording until at least 1997 and probably as late as early 1998.

Hello,

Please authenticate this Coach Station bag that I found at my local Goodwill. I own three Station bags from various time periods. The creed on this one is in the front section. Another NY bag that I have has the creed in the back. Thank you.

I feel even more strongly than @Hyacinth about both the seller caecae09 and Poshmark. I not only don't recommend the Willis but I don't recommend caecae09.

As Hyacinth pointed out, the creed in the "Willis" listing probably doesn't belong to that bag.

Other listings for different bags have the same creed picture shown in them. (There are 2 listings of each of 2 bags, all with the same creed picture:
and
and
and

And she also has other bags that are fake:

Seller doesn't have a clue. This bag is described as being made in 1970. Although authentic, it was made in 2001 NOT 1970!

Don't buy from caecae09.
BeenBurned, did you happen to view any other of this seller's Coach items? Particulary for ones she sold in 2021.

It's fine. We've seen some with the creed in that location.

Do you mean like the "1900's Vintage Coach" with the fake and invalid serial number?

Can you be just a little more specific?
