Please follow the following requests:

  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

I think this is a duffle sac. It has a talon zipper, the buckle is different than other bags I've seen, and it looks like a piece of berkley suede was used on the creed pocket. (The rest of the bag is smooth leather.) I used the eyeshadow trick to make it readable and it reads fine. The serial number is: 331-3705. The dimensions are: 9'' x 13'' x 9'', 15.5'' at the top.
Any idea on the year or timeframe for this one?

We've seen other vintage bags with what almost looks like a pebbled leather creed and they have been ok.

I think it is okay too. Sometimes they used up inferior leather on the pockets. It is probably from the early 80s.

You picked an excellent seller! :D

Not only are they very careful about their items' authenticity, but they include dozens of photos showing every inch of their products including the creeds and serial numbers, which are so important for authentication. (I'm NOT Salearea, but I enjoyed helping out with the Guides, and hope they've been a big help to a lot of buyers). It's authentic. You don't see them that frequently!

You might want to take the seller's feedback into account.

Although there's aren't any accusations that she has sold fakes, there are several comments in feedback as well as responses to those feedbacks that imply that customer service skills are lacking. ;)

Additionally, I'm not comfortable with the koi fish charm she sold.

thanks for your feedback. . . i looked at her nasty response to bad feedback. seller probably should have taken a deep breath and counted to 10! will think about this one.

Woo hoo! Thanks, Whateve :smile1: Usually I see buckles with the middle cross piece attached to the back so there's kind of a notch on it. This one is just completely flat.
