Hi. I have a question. A saw that some Coach bags don't have a serial number inside. Can they be authentic?

Of course they can.

Rather than go into the same long explanation we've been repeating for years, the best thing to do is to read the six Salearea Guides posted here at tPF. Read the entire thread to get some background on the Guides and what they include. They'll answer a LOT more questions than whether all Coaches have serial numbers. And remember where you found the Guides in case you want to refer to them again.

I'd actually like to see a better photo of the bottom of the bag. In the first photo it almost looks like there's a center seam on the bottom, but the creed photo looks good and there's no center seam in that photo. Style 9826 didn't have a center seam.
Hi the buyer has updated some clearer photos

Item: Unknown to me.
Where purchased or how obtained; Thrift store
Comments: Dimensions are 5 1/2" height, about 7" width, tapers down, about 2 1/2" depth. There is no number on the creed patch which seems odd.

Okay, here's another recommendation for reading the six Salearea Guides and why some Coaches don't have serial numbers. Please spend a half-hour or so reading them, some day you'll be glad you did.

It's genuine. Maybe some kind of Legacy or Legacy West Demi. If you need an ID, please Reply to this post and I'll get to it when I have a little more time.

Comment: I'm not looking to buy but I'm curious to learn more about luggage lines. I thought plant P was for Costa Rica. I am unaware of what else could be wrong. Enlighten me please.

Not always. We've seen several other Travelweave bags, also genuine, with a USA creed and a P plant code.

comment: I think it is made in 80s maybe? it looks nice but the straps are different than the other same style bags I have seen, the strap is not completely rolled and stitched. And it seems losing a small fixed part of the spring lock. I didn't realize that until I receive it, just share so other buyer can avoid this mistake!
