Please follow the following requests:

comment: I think it is made in 80s maybe? it looks nice but the straps are different than the other same style bags I have seen, the strap is not completely rolled and stitched. And it seems losing a small fixed part of the spring lock. I didn't realize that until I receive it, just share so other buyer can avoid this mistake!

2- Genuine, from the early 1990s. The 4+3 serial number format began in 1990 although a few older formats slipped through a year or two later. Salearea Guides!

You may want to check over at the Rehab and Rescue Clubhouse to see if anyone has a source for replacement springlocks.

I’m in Illinois, near Chicago, this particular Goodwill is surrounded by “wealthy” suburbs, don’t know if that’s why. They always have tons of donations. The furniture they have here is also very good quality and cheap! I’m not into antiques but the woodwork on the older pieces are gorgeous, makes me want to start collecting those too!

MacDougal Zip, style 4130 is the correct name. It's genuine, from 1993. The color in real life might be darker than in the listing. I believe it's "Navy" but the photos are very brightly lit, so bright that I had to look at all of them carefully because at first the hardware looked silver-colored. The brass tones are almost completely washed out in most of the photos.

Don't worry, this one's OK too, I just posted about the MacDougal 30 seconds ago.

BTW, I'm still looking for the correct color name, it still looks lighter than Navy even allowing for the over-lit photos.

It might even be Ocean, there's no way for me to tell.

It is common for the backs of the inside pockets to look like that, with sort of a white coating.

Not sure if I tumbled upon this while looking for a turn lock or if I see it on the Rehab and Rescue..just in case this may be helpful.
