I am really trying to find a convertible clutch bag to rehab for myself. I found this one on Shop Goodwill site. I have attached the listing - product number 95843036. They do not indicate bag measurements. I cannot see a dash in the creed - Just curious, do they always have a dash between the number sets? Thanks again! On a side note - I was able to win a Coach Willis in beautiful condition you authenticated for me for $40 - I was happy :)

I don't recommend that item.

There are several things that bother me, both about the specific item shown in the pictures as well as the availability of the style of that fanny pack/waist bag.

I do NOT believe that Instagram seller lushvanamen is selling authentic items.

Other opinions are welcome.

1. I'm not comfortable with the creed. There seems to be too much space between the serial number and the bottom of the patch as compared to others of the same style. (Plant codes aren't the same so while it could be a plant aberration, I also can't find another made in "22."
2. I'm only finding this particular style on Asian sites and because we've been seeing some very close (SCARY CLOSE!) fakes coming out of Japan and other Asian-based sites, I prefer you err on the side of caution and avoid.
3. The top of the cartouche shows that "Pac-Man" is different from other listings (though I can't be sure some of the other PacMan items are authentic.) However what little shows in this pic is different from that in the listing in question: https://coach.tingtingchen.com/coach-product.php?name=TERRAIN BELT BAG IN SIGNATURE CANVAS WITH PAC-MAN COACH SCRIPT&style=COACH F72924&color=CHARCOAL/BLACK/BLACK ANTIQUE NICKEL
4. "Pre-order" raises red flags

The bag is authentic.

It looks like this particular Goodwill is now using a different authentication company (rather than Entrupy). This company did get it right this time but they have made mistakes in the past, so buyers should still verify authenticity.

Regarding your question about the dashes in the creeds - there are a lot of variations as well as plant mistakes. The word "always" is NOT part of Coach's vocabulary. Post here and let us figure it out

And please read the Salearea Guides. I thought I already recommended them and posted the link? If I didn't my apologies.

Hmmmm. See the request below:

Do the creeds appear to have the same spacing and puffiness? (I'll defer to @Hyacinth and @whateve for authenticity opinions on this one.)

This is from the Poshmark listing that Czelesny asked about:

And this is from the Ebay listing that @MedicMom asked about.

They're not from the same creed stamp. The spacing of the last line of the creed is different. The top one is a problem because there are just too many oversize spaces that didn't need to be there, the "of" in the last line could just as easily be placed at the end of the second-last line to close up that gap between markings and characteristic like Coach did on all their other creeds from the same time. It's possible that it was replaced with one that had the standard spacing, it looks like it's hardly been used. The second stamp has a TON of mileage on it and should have been replaced before it got to that stage, the bottom edge of the creed border is a mess. There are other differences in the gaps between words as well.

Maybe both are genuine since the serial numbers look ok, but if they are, it's proof that not all Coaches were perfect and not all creeds were identical.
