Please follow the following requests:

• Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Front of item

• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Does Coach has factory outlet? Or just they only have retail (boutique) store and premium outlet store? Lots of online stores in my country sell factory outlet store. While others said factory outlet store are fake.

There are stores that are called factory outlet stores. There is also an online outlet: https://www.coachoutlet.com/
There are a lot of websites with similar names that aren't owned by Coach and sell fakes. They use Coach pictures so you think it is legit but it isn't.

Some countries have a very sophisticated counterfeiting operation. If you live in one of those countries, it is much more difficult for you to know you are getting an authentic item. Just because a seller says they bought it in the US at a Coach store or outlet doesn't make it true.

Coach didn't start using fabric linings in their leather bags as a regular thing until the early 2000 decade. Almost all the classic and vintage full-grain leather bags made before the company moved production to China were washable so linings weren't necessary, and most vintage collectors prefer them that way.

A tea shop would be nice too. Classic China, India, Ceylon and English flavors, ("Earl Grey, hot" in my best Jean-Luc voice), plus mate, redbush and matcha, and a nice selection of herbal and Chai blends too. Decaf for those late-night authentication marathons, and Chamomile for afterwards.

There are many factory outlet Coach stores in the US and just one official online factory store. Just because someone says it is from the factory outlet store doesn't mean they really got it from a real Coach one. The counterfeiters give their online stores names that are similar and make their websites look like the real thing. Counterfeiters make fake price tags and fake receipts that look just like the real ones, or they get a real receipt and put it with a fake bag.
