Yes, I'd seen this swatch list, is the light tote a lightweight line item? I guess that is why I questioned the sellers use of 'honey'...this honey swatch looks like british tan, but maybe it's more of a brown. Who knows?

That's what it looks like going by the measurements and the double vertical front seams, and creeds in genuine bags that say. Made in USA" instead of "Made in the United States" are much more likely to be Lightweights.

I'm sorry about my earlier comments. But there's still no way to be sure of the color.

Hi again! First, thank you for helping me before. I posted a "thank you" earlier, but can't find it.

Second, I realize you guys warn against buying from Poshmark, but I saw this bag cheap and couldn't resist it. Can you tell me if I got a fake? Oh, and I realize the seller is wrong in saying that it's vintage, lol.

Just curious, I saw this red willis-like bag on mercari for only $37 and I am wondering if it is a fake. There isn't a clear pic of the creed but when I zoomed-in it looks like the number is 9958 - which doesn't make sense for a willis. What do you think? Thank you.

I believe you're right. I'm also seeing S as the factory code. It appears to be fake.

Your fears are well founded. It's fake.

ETA: Here's what the authentic version looks like: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Carl...670270?hash=item3b31fc047e:g:Gi0AAOSwpqlc5uYV

Awwww jeez. That stinks. Wondering if there's anything I can do...
You should try. Contact poshmark and tell them it is fake. If you already have it in your possession, they may ask you to send it them for examination. Then cross your fingers that their clueless authenticators will make the right decision.

If that doesn't work, open a paypal or credit card dispute.

Ughhhhh. I should have checked here before buying. I'm glad that's all I paid for it. Thank you.

The serial number is K9S-9958! It's very clear if you enlarge it. And the padding on the female turnlock flap isn't the right shape.

Please don't think you have to eat the loss! The fact that PM doesn't remove fakes is irrelevant. Even their policy disallows the sale of fakes (as does the law) and the seller,
msfiah007 never should have listed it.

IMO, even the $6.79 shipping cost is more than it's worth.
