Hello, Authenticators! I’d very much appreciate if you could please authenticate this.

Item: Auth COACH LEGACY WILLIS Messenger Dk Blue Crossbody LEATHER Handbag 9927 USA

Listing number: 254180625074

Seller: shes*got*sole

Link: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Auth-COACH-...m43663.l44720&nordt=true&rt=nc&orig_cvip=true

Comments: I'm including two additional photos that the seller sent.

Out of curiosity, would the photos and info included on this listing usually be enough for authentication?

Thanks!

Yes, it's genuine, made in 1998, the name was just "Willis", no "legacy" involved. It's not unusual for sellers to get names wrong.

Thank you so much!

Sadly for me, the seller cancelled.
Don't be surprised if I request your authentication expertise for another one (hopefully soon!).
Were you the winning bidder? Why would she cancel your purchase for $51 and relist and sell for $45? That makes no sense and it's certainly not ethical.

Did you pay for the item before she canceled? If so, you can leave feedback. (In fact, if you're the winner and she canceled, you might try leaving feedback anyway.

If that's the case, I don't recommend doing business with shes*got*sole .

Hi, hoping someone can help me authenticate the following:

Item: Zipper coin purse
Measurements: 5" x 3"
In my possession
Comments: I can't find a Coach creed or stamp on it, but I could swear it is a Coach. I believe I found it in another bag I had purchased from a second hand shop. Your help is greatly appreciated.IMG_4393.JPGIMG_4393.JPG IMG_4396.JPGIMG_4398.JPGIMG_4788.JPGIMG_4789.JPGIMG_4790.JPG

Seller is shsha-7777

I can't read the creed too well on that one (because it doesn't enlarge) but I think it's a duffel sac.

I'm uncomfortable about this listing from the same seller:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Handbag/362590757003?hash=item546c17e08b:g:CP4AAOSwmrpckXXV
Thank you, I had the same trouble reading the serial number (and the seller's ID too, apparently!). I'll post a clearer pic of the creed when it arrives.

As for the other listing, I agree. All the authentic 1994 C plant creeds I've saved say Made in the United States at the bottom of the creed and have the "scars, scratches, veins and wrinkles" wording.

Hello again! I'm just thrifting again and I found this beautiful bag.
I want to get it, but I'm not too sure if it's a fake or not. The store tends to be a bit shady when it comes to returns, so I just dont want to screw myself over.

I had one of these a long time ago before I kept better records. I can't recall if there were any Coach markings that possibly weren't visible, such as inside the pocket, maybe a "made in" stamp. I don't see any in the pictures I saved. Mine looks very close to yours except the front pocket didn't start as low. Yours is missing the keychain. Mine was the exact same color as the Coach item it came with. Based on the zipper color and the leather color, mine was made in the mid 90s. I don't recall seeing a catalog page for it. I believe yours is probably authentic but you might have trouble selling it as Coach. In later times these were called mini skinnies. I don't know when Coach started using that term.
