Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:

• Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

DO NOT BUY FROM modernfashionn69 for the reasons you and Hyacinth mentioned as well as other "issues."
BTW, I don't know whether you noticed, but if you look at her shipping info, it states her shipping time: "Will usually dispatch within 30 working days of receiving cleared payment"

30 days before shipping! That's BS and I have suspect that she's importing fakes.

As for pictures, I did an image search and the only sites on which I can find THOSE PICTURES are sites out of the Philippines, a country notorious for having close fakes. (Personally, I recommend against buying from sellers in that country and prefer not to authenticate because I don't want buyers to risk getting a "good" fake.)

Hi all hope that I didn't do my request wrong or if my post got lost in amongst some others, but I would really appreciate someone's keen eye taking a look at this. I've had a good look at other bags that are the same and it looks good to me, but I would love someone with some more experience to help me. We need to see the made in tag and the white tag with serial number. That white tag may be hard to find and the seller might have to dig and feel around inside the zippered pocket for it but it should be there.

Measurements: Length is about 10" at the bottom and about 9" at the top. Width is about 2.5" at the bottom and 2" at the top. Height is about 9" right down the center.
Comments: I suspect this bag is fake because of the sloppy creed and the hardware feels very light, as if it's hollow. None of my other Coach bags have light weight hardware. Also, the trim feels like fabric, not leather. I hope I'm wrong though, it's otherwise a lovely bag. I stumbled across this auction minutes before it ended and bought on impulse. In the event that it is fake, I would like to refer this post as part of my case for requesting a refund.

Wait! I have to disagree. I think it is fake. The font of the creed number is wrong, IMO.

ETA: I don't have the exact same creed number in my files, but you can see the differences in this one.
