It's fake.

The seller has current and completed listings for fake Coach keychains, appears to mix authentic bags with fake keychains and claims to be a tPF'er. (Whether she is a tPF member or not, I don't know but it might give buyers a false sense of security about her integrity -- or lack thereof.)

I would like the opportunity to defend myself here.

I did NOT intend to list 2 fake keychains. As soon as I was told they were fake, I pulled the 1 that was still listed and contacted the buyer of the heart one and let them know.

It was not my intention to mislead anyone. I honestly thought they were authentic. I bought them from a local lady off of Craigslist in a lot with Coach bags (I believe she bought them off eBay- vicious cycle!). She only sells authentic bags but, like me, is NOT an expert in authenticating keychains, obviously.

I stand by my claim to only sell authentic items. Before listing any keychains that I haven't purchased myself from Coach, I will certainly have them authenticated first.

The necklace I sold recently is absolutely authentic. It was purchased at a FP store here in Oregon.

The first bag is fine.

The second one looks similar but it's impossible to say if it's genuine without more photos.

What would it take to have my user ID removed from this thread?
Because I reference TPF in all my listings, I'm worried that buyers will come here, do a search, and find these few posts about my honest mistake.

Is there no redemption? My feedback speaks for itself. Prior to that one heart keychain, I have never sold a fake item in my life and have, in fact, helped others to avoid purchasing/selling them also. I also actively report counterfeit auctions I find.

I am humiliated that my good name has been dragged through the mud due to an honest mistake that I have since rectified.

#1 - 12943 is a Sabrina, not an Audrey. However, the bag in this auction is fake. The stitching, hangtags, rivets, creed are all wrong. I hope you weren't the winning bidder. The seller is lying - she says she purchased it from the outlet. It's a shame that ebay no longer pulls fakes after the auction has ended. :tdown:

#2 - Looks ok.

#3 - I wouldn't buy from a seller who doesn't bother to take his/her own pictures. The first and second pictures are stolen from the Coach website. There's no way to determine authenticity without seeing actual pictures of the bag.
