Is there no redemption? My feedback speaks for itself. Prior to that one heart keychain, I have never sold a fake item in my life and have, in fact, helped others to avoid purchasing/selling them also. I also actively report counterfeit auctions I find.

I am humiliated that my good name has been dragged through the mud due to an honest mistake that I have since rectified.

Only mods have the ability to edit posts and that's at their discretion. I think if people come here and do a search they'll find your follow-up post and your explanation. This isn't the first time something like this has happened.

Thank you for removing the keychain once you were notified. I don't believe you intentionally tried to sell a fake, but as you know, in the future, always be sure to get things that you're not 100% certain about authenticated first, especially it's an item that you didn't personally purchase at a Coach retailer.

Authentic. This is a trusted seller who only sells authentic. Be sure to read the description and look at the pictures that show the condition of the bag.
