I do remember greatdealsforu* and the fakes that were listed. And in the hall of shame, one of the fakes I posted, the NOT Legacy-Turnlock-Black-Leather-Wallet- is included in this lot.

This bag is a thick quality leather reminiscent of a nice expensive leather jacket. One of the side panels has more texture than the other side panel. But good placement choices for the panels, with the textured panels on the sides, and smooth panels on front and back. No plasticky feel at all. I'm very happy with this purchase. Leather is beautiful and no staining on interior.

I went back and looked at the eBay listing for your No.4156 Belted Pouch. My handtag is different, with the " leatherware" below the COACH. The texture of your leather is very smooth overall. Here is my hangtag.

Hi! Would like to ask your help again in authenticating this bag. Here's the link and the additional pictures i requested from the seller. I learned from the forum that the first letter of most of the earlier coach bag serial numbers corresponds to the month they were made with the exception of the letter "i". So i guess that makes the possible first letters in the serial to be only from letter A-M. However, the serial number of this bag starts with the letter "N". Does this make it a fake bag? Hope someone can enlighten me. Thank you!

While there are legitimate cases where N was used as a month code on Italian-made bags, this isn't one of them.

The bag is fake.

Genuine. I don't know if we've ever found the official name for it. You could try asking at the Vintage forum in the main Coach section.
