When there's a special character (underscore, asterisk, etc.), it doesn't always work. I searched just "junking" and found some posts confirming authenticity of items and the one with a fake. And in searching my own records, I found fakes from July, 2015, April 2016 and April 2017.
thank you, BeenBurned. I'll try more variations of names next time.

It was made for the Factory outlets which is probably why you can't find it. But I happen to own its identical twin and still have the tag - Soho Multiprint Slim Envelope Wallet, style F41306 from around 2008.

Thank you, Hyacinth. I am surprised that the Bridles aren't more popular. The shape of the one I just bought looks so elegant and the two types of leather add just a bit more interest. But that is just my opinion.

They ARE nice bags, I owned one a while back. Maybe Coach had to limit the places the styles were sold because of the pigskin content. They even made a few Bridle styles with calfskin only, probably as a special order.

Hi,
Does anyone here have any info about the end to ebay's buyer protection?

That was a glitch yesterday and all listings showed that they weren't protected. All is back to normal.

It's not back to normal for me yet. I'm hoping for tomorrow when the programmers get back from their long weekend.
Ugh! At the time I'd posted, it showed as protected. Turns out the listing I'd looked at was on Canadian ebay:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/NWT-Coach-Ye...528538?hash=item21158db25a:g:-8cAAOSwEjFXgBPO

Yet on .com, it's not eligible. 2 screenshots of the same listing on both sites:

Does anyone know if the Ace satchels have been faked? I just love this bag.

Item: Coach Ace satchel leather handbag 37017 chalk $595

Item #: 122471667207

Seller: kato201016

Link: http://m.ebay.com/itm/122471667207?_trksid=p2385738.m2548.l4275&_mwBanner=1

Thank you.
For the listing in question, there aren't enough of the right pictures necessary to authenticate the bag.

Please don't ever think a bag is too new to be faked. The counterfeiters will fake anything they think they can make a buck from and some of the fakes of newer styles are extremely "good." Some are often difficult if not impossible to authenticate so clear pictures are absolutely imperative.

See post number one for the pictures that are required for the newer bags with creeds sans serial numbers.

Found a sweet medium size suede backpack at goodwill boutique but i want to check its authentic before i get too attached and clean it. Seems to have 2 different colors of suede but that might be due to aging? 11H×11W×6D

Thank you. I have asked the seller for more pictures and I will post them when I get them.

That's so sad that the fakes are getting hard to authenticate. I was on Reddit recently and I was browsing a handbag subreddit and I came across a reference to another subreddit where people actually go to ask questions and share information on where to buy fakes and they proudly post their pictures of the fakes they buy and brag about how almost identical they are to the real thing. They call them 'reproductions' and pretty much their attitude is that there is nothing wrong with what they do. I read through a few of the threads and was pretty disgusted at their attitude about what they are doing.
