In the meantime, could someone please take a look at this listing for me? No creed photo and I've not seen this shape before-- is it rare? What is it called? Thanks.

If authentic, it is a Logan bag #9907. In the early nineties, Coach made this and the post pouch, which are like rounder Willis bags. They are pretty rare because they were only made for one season, I believe.

I think you mean BUYER wants to return.

Does she say why she thinks it's fake?

ETA: I wonder if it's buyer's remorse. I just realized that you have a 14-day return policy so if within that time, she could have returned for any reason. Sometimes buyers will use the fake card if they're outside the timeframe or if there's a no return policy. Since the sale was January 20, I wonder if that's the case.
Buyer responded, and you were correct BB. The buyer was using the fake card because they figured they were outside the time limits for returns. Ugh...

Here are a couple recent GW finds for authentication.

A sad Coach Kristen Leather Satchel 14782
12" long x 7 1/2" tall x 4" deep or so. Handles and shoulder strap with hallmarked dog leash clips. I'm hoping she benefits from a bath!

Not sure the name but may be a bit of a Frankenbag?
11 1/2" long x 9" tall x 3 1/2" deep with 38" strap or 19" drop.
Bag is the same on both sides with no outside pockets. Interior pocket with zipper all the way across. The strap is the curious part; it is narrower near the top and wider towards the attachment rings and then has small brass ball adjustment on either side. The creed is a unique number and includes Leatherware but the hangtag is Coach without leatherware sub font. Last the zipper pull seems to have come from a Sonoma bag. I know pull is a replacement and the hangtag may well be too, but is the strap original? Thanks so much!

Did they actually admit it? And what happens now-- do you still get the bad mark? Can you call and protest? I recently had something removed for fake even tho I've had 2 online authentications and a not-negative response from a store SA (not a bag but a Tiffany bracelet and they won't authenticate) and not sure how to proceed. Call and complain?

The second bag is another one that was only made in 1993. It is a Becket zip 9920. That is the original strap. The zipper pull should be leather just like on classics. The hangtags in 1993 no longer had "leatherware" on them.

ETA: I don't see any problems with the Kristin.

I would call and complain. Let me know if you get results. I have 2 defects but since I'm still under 2 percent, I'm not worrying about it. If I get another, I'll definitely try to get them removed.

How does this one look? Lucky find.

Trying to get them to tell me why they thought the bag to be fake, but they won't say. All they said was that they will be returning the bag. I'll try to get ebay on the phone. See what happens... Until then, user ID posted on BBL of TPF.

Item Name (if you know it): Gold Coach Poppy? Maybe?

Link (if available): N/A

Comments: I will admit, I got this at GoodWill but I do work there, I have worked there for more than a year and I do get to see first hand what goes in and out, also my opinion in the authenticity of items is appreciated. Anyway, us employees earned half off any and all purchases and this was a purchase I made cause it's very pretty and who wouldn't at half off!! The tag said $24.99. Anyway, here are the pics I took with my iPad. I have a strong feeling this is authentic but I really need more info.
