m sorry. I guess i now know the name of this bag. I just typed the wrong number as i searched. Anyway it is listed as L0793-11553. And there are a lot of different design on this. I just want to know if its real before buying it.

Are you asking us to authenticate a bag just from the serial number? That's impossible. We always need to see photos.

Please read the first post in this thread for the information and photos we need. If you posted about that same bag already and already posted that information, please link back to that post by using the Reply button.

Here is the picture of the style number. I called Coach customer service and they said the Willis was last made about 2013. She did say about, so I suppose it's possible it was still made in 2014?

I don't know when they last made it, but the tag seems ok. That time period was when Coach first began to eliminate the stamped serial numbers, and it's given us trouble ever since. If you ever decide to sell it, be sure to post that photo of the small white tag in your listing.

Hi again. Please authentic my latest Goodwill auction purchase...

Is this circa 1999?
Many thanks again.

Please try to keep all the photos in the same post. And please confirm the serial number. Is it 11558? 11568? Thanks!

BTW, I don't have any photos of the second number so may not be able to give a firm authentication

it is listed as L0793-11553. And there are two of different design that will show when i try to search on this. I just want to know if its real before buying it.

It's PROBABLY genuine, but there have been so many AAA fakes coming from the Philippines and through the Philippines from China in the last 5 or 6 years that it's very hard to be completely sure. The problem has so bad at times that most P.I. sellers' listings can't be displayed on Ebay in the USA, and of course since most sales are paid by bank transfer it's almost impossible to get your money back if the bag turns out to be fake. So we are always VERY cautious about authenticating items from sellers located in the P.I. All I can say is that it seems genuine from what I can see.

The correct style number is 11553. When I search www .ebay.ph for that number, all I can see are bags from US and Japanese sellers which all look genuine so I don't know what different styles you're seeing under that number that might be from local sellers. I can see the listing you're asking about but if there are any others with the same style number 11553 from P.I. sellers, they're not visible when I search for them.

I'm interested in a vintage green Willis or Station bag and I came across these listings on eBay but I took much pause with some things. If someone could take a look, I'd appreciate it!

Item: Vintage Coach Green Leather Bag Handbag
Listing Number: 201700894330
Seller: valisland
Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-COA...94330&clkid=160686292731008525&_qi=RTM2247625
Comments: the interior zipper seems off to me (not brass and different zipper pull than my two known authentic Willis bags). Can't make out the entire serial number. I'm awaiting a response from the seller for a better photo of the creed/number.

Item: Coach Willis Station Bag Green Leather
Listing Number: 152273157974
Seller: zinnia71
Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Willi...94330&clkid=160721619715657499&_qi=RTM2247626
Comments: Color seems off but I'm thinking that has to due with the flash/lighting?

The first has many problems, including the zipper pull. I'm sure it is fake.

On the second one, what I can see of the creed looks good. The front pocket and the color look a little off. The only green that was available around that time in this style was a dark forest green color. Like you said, it could just be flash. The reflection in the mirror looks closer to the correct color.
