Hello,
Please authenticate these 2 bags by 2 different sellers. Also, what is the correct name for style 11376 please?

Both look good. According to my 2007 catalog, the name is Julia Leather Shoulder Bag. I think the collection was called Legacy Thompson. It would never have been called a duffle.

Did your buyer say WHY she's questioning it? It's easier to explain why something's authentic when we know what the concerns are, since often those accusations are made because of outdated or just plain wrong information from some worthless online "authenticity guide", or advice from someone who doesn't have any knowledge or experience with vintage Coaches. I've ranted and raved about that kind of misinformation for 10 years already.

There's nothing about that bag that would make me think it's fake. It's a genuine Basic Bag style 9455 (the number in your listing isn't exactly right), made some time between the late 1970s to mid-1980s, they're almost impossible to date exactly. The strap may have been replaced, that often happened with vintage bags but there's no way to tell from the photos. It looks just like it should look.

I agree, the bag pictured in the listing is absolutely authentic. I don't see any problems with the strap.

Thank you Hyacinth and Whateve. After referring the buyer to this page, she closed the return request. Yeahhhh! Thank you ladies for your support and expertise.

I have another saddle bag I think is ok, can I get confirmation on this one?

- NYC navy saddle bag style 9235
- in my possession
- the leather in a couple of places looks more textured, almost pebbled looking. And the back of the brass buckles both say solid brass but don't match. I think these things are ok though...?

Authentic. I love seeing these early bags with the variations in the grain of the leather, and little things like the stamping on the buckles being different. They're what gives each bag a unique, handcrafted character.
Here's an early 80s catalog picture showing the #9235, Crescent:
