There are some people here who have one or know more about this style than I do. I think it's called a grommet bag (because of the metal ringed openings). It's probably 4-5 yrs old. Look thru the Celebrities with BV's thread--there is probably a pic of one of the Olsen twins with her bag like this. I don't know the n ame of the color.

Sorry I'm not much help, but others here do have knowledge about this bag!

p.s. just found it--p.1, post # 11, Ashley Olsen with her grommet bag in the Celebs and BV thread

Many thanks, boxermom :flowers:

6210 is the code for Carmino. You're right about Cassis--it has some deep rose in the red.

Hi girls!

It's the first time I post in the BV forum and I'm sorry if I'm asking about 2 obvious fake bags.
Anyway here they are:

and

TIA!!

Welcome to the BV subforum!

It would be nice to see a clear photo of the authenticity tags on both of these. I'm fairly certain the 2nd bag is authentic.

The first bag has me puzzled. The font looks correct but I'm trying to decide if it's just a little crooked and if the stitching is exactly right. The other detail on the first bag is the lining color. Seller says it was bought 2 years ago. I have seen the blue lining in seasonal colors for this summer but not for the classic colors like Ebano. I don't know if that makes any sense, but I'm not sure about the first bag, mostly because of the color of the lining.

If anyone here knows about blue linings in the last few years, please post!

I agree with boxermom on both listings. Please ask to post or send a clear close-up picture of the front and back of the authenticity tag located inside the zipper pocket. I would also ask to see a clear picture of the zipper pulls and the impressed name print (for the second listing). I am not aware of a blue lining in an ebano, medium veneta, so I would want to see the authenticity tag, in this case.

blue lining was used for the ebano intangli veneta (double crossings in the woven stripes). This bag on my screen seems bi-color: light and darker brown. The only surely authentic bag I have seen in bicolor is the jburgh has in black. As search is disabled, I can't check the lining on that now..

Thank you boxermom, Baggiana and lawbabe!
The first one was strange to me, too, because of the double color, but I know nothing about BV, so I've asked to you. And anyway the auction ended.
For the second one, I've asked for additional pictures.
