Hi Boxermom and Baggiana. Thanks ladies for always being helpful. The seller of the cocker sent photo of the certificato di originalita but I can't attach it here as it's too big. I'm new to the forum so I'm still in the learning process. Anyway, the serial is 144413 V174C 6841. Is this correct? Thanks

Hi, kcm1535! It's authentic.:yes: BTW, the BIN price is too high, so don't pay that. It's more than the retail price. don't know what seller is thinking with such a high BIN. (maybe I shouldn't be offering opinions on prices, but when they want more than retail for a bag that's readily available it irritates me)

Thanks boxermom! One more, does this one look good to you? I already asked for a clearer pic or the authenticity tag. If it's authentic, can you tell what color it is?

Yes, this is an authentic Campana--color is called Noce, it's a classic color that is made every year. Bob Ellis is a wonderful store with high end bags and shoes.

kcm1535, It looks authentic from the pictures, but the style number on the authenticity tag does not correspond to what the seller listed in her description... a misprint, I believe. I wish that the seller had posted a clear picture of the numbered side of the authenticity tag. Ask her for a clear close-up pic, or to give you the correct string of numbers which should be something like:

125787 V0016 2510 or 125787 V0016 2660.

Baggiana I really appreciate your detailed comments re the protection. It is so great to get that advice from an expert. I have a wonderful cognac Fendi spy bay but I am too scared to use it because I fear it will be easily damaged without protection and the advice from the Fendi forum is to not put anything on it as it could damage the nappa leather. If it stains to take it to an expert. My problem is that experts are only in big cities and I live in the South of France away from a really big city and I want to use my bag!:graucho:
I think though that the Fendi spy leather would be very similar to the BV leather? Or perhaps I am wrong.:push:

Hi, is this real Bottega? I got this bag while ago.
The leather feels great but there is no mirror came with it. Does anyone tell me what leather is this also? I am still new to Bottega.
