It's the medium size Veneta. The black color is called Nero. current US retail price is $1490. It's real from the pics provided. that lining is a mess. I've heard to replace a lining, BV charges $200-300, but I've never personally asked. It's a suede lining so that ink is not coming out. If the price stays low enough, it still could be a deal.

Hi,

The BV medium size Veneta from 'Linda's' was sold a couple of weeks ago but for some reason it is now relisted (maybe it was returned?/ sale was not completed?). I did ask the first time for more information regarding bag. The interior is very stained (unfortunately) and there is some wear outside.

Jenna, I still have a lot to learn about BV. I looked at both auctions and I have to say that I'm not familiar with the first one as it's clearly a vintage. But when I read the 2nd, I noticed that the seller listed "LIKE Bottega Veneta". This might give a clue that it's not authentic. I'm sure other tPFers will have better idea.

I'm almost certain the 2nd bag is fake. The first one, I'm not certain about. The nameplate pic isn't clear enough to see the font well; usually the metal plates were placed above the interior zipper, but this vintage bag doesn't look as old as mine, so it's possible the placement is ok. I've never had a BV lining go to heck like this one. It may be real, but I'm just not sure. Seller has no other bags in her history to show authenticity.

Camel Veneta owner, please help he authenticate this bag that I bought recently from bluefly. Is is really Camel color? You know bluefly is bad in naming color... Can you also please check the label code inside inner pocket? TIA. MIne is 11654 V0013 2640

Oh BTW the inner suede color is beige and the zipper in gold color.. TIA

The bag is authentic. So it's a question of what color. On my monitor, the pics show very different colors. Which pics are closest to the actual color? Whatever the color, it's a beautiful bag--I love the large Veneta.

p.s. on a couple pics the bag looks like Limo, but the color code isn't Limo, so I'm guessing it's Camel. Hopefully someone with a Camel bag will confirm the number.

The 1st picture closest to the actual color... I'm def sure it's not limo, I'm just confused between camel, noce or blonde...camel owner.. please help me identifying it...
