I see it's sold--hope you didn't buy it. Color code is wrong for black on the tag. and something is just "off" about the look of the leather--doesn't look like nappa or nappa umbria (which I think the Sloane is).

I agree with ms piggy. I haven't seen the style of the second one, but it looks like Ottone to me, not grey. Stupid me, when I had my Ottone case, I didn't write down the color code number. These look authentic.

BV has been really slow on ebay hasnt it?
Maybe it's the time of year? It seems the same items are relisted over and over, but sellers often are starting the bidding too high, IMO.

Happy holidays to you, lilika! This bag looks authentic to me. Sellers always amaze me--she calls it "new, without tags", yet in the description she talks about using it and the stains inside. So just be aware that the lining is not pristine. Pen marks won't come out of suede and I doubt lipstick will either. BV itself may have a cleaning method, but I don't know what they charge. But for a genuine medium size Veneta, her starting bid is reasonable.

What about this BV Hobo? I have purchased authentic items from Linda before so I assume it is ok. I do question the condition of the interior though, it might be too far gone. I may chance it.
