Hi! I was wondering if the Plum Jelly Boogie was made Only with Black Trim or Only with Brown or if ever with both? (sorry for my poorly worded question I have my 2 yo hopping around my legs right now!

Thanks in advance!

Hi TE, do you have any idea where I can still find the Social Circuit in Chocolate? I didn't buy it when I had the chance and now I'm desperate!
Thanks so much!

its ok, i understand! :)

I remember black trim, but it might have switched at some point in the season. Sorry I cant be 100% sure! That happens with some colors each season.

I just got a Burlesque Show in Deep Ocean from MHB. I adore it! Its my second Tano; love the shape, color, design. So my issue is about quality. One half of one front panel is pebbled and the rest of the bag is not. There are a couple of very small spots where the dye is uneven; though hardly noticable. Also, there are some places on the side ruching that are pulling appart; again, not very noticable. I'm hesitant to return the bag b/c I think it was MHB's last one: I only paid $139 on BF and I must have a Tano in this color-its perfect! Also, it seems like an exchange would take an eternity (though this is just me wanting my bag now ;)). I know some of this little stuff gives a bag character, and at Tano's price point, I wonder if some of this is just what you get? Natural materials, hand crafted=slight variations, blah, blah, blah...

Right now, I'm siding w/ keeping this bag, but I'd appreciate an expert's oppinion. Thanks!

Hi Clutched

These sort of questions are tough for me to answer... its really up to you! Like you said, irregularities in the texture and color are normal with Tano bags... but if there is something wrong with the ruching, it should probably be sent back. That's not normal. Contact your retailer directly... Im sure they will help you out :)

Dear Tano Expert: Just got a bag in tumbleweed leather. It is described as "washed buffalo" on MHB. Do I need to worry about rain with this bag? Does it need to be treated? And what leather products would you recommend? Thanks!

hi lemon drop

I dont have a tumbleweed bag myself *YET* haha (still deciding which one in blue velvet will be mine!) So I cant say yet- sorry!

It really doesn't seem like it needs any treating at all, IMO. There's a lot of oil in that leather to keep it well fed.

Hi TE, I know this question about Lexol has been asked before before but I wanted to be specific to my Smoke bag so...I noticed the patent-y shine is wearing off a little on my Smoke Boogie. Usually I love the distressing on Tano so other than a little Lubriderm on a really dry spot, I leave them alone. The shine on Smoke is great though so I was wondering if Lexol would restore the original shine or is it only for relieving the "dry" look? Thanks!

Hi TE,

I am considering a Plush bag that is currently available in Smog, Poppy, and Azul. Obviously, these are all very different colors, but I was wondering what you think of these colors in the Plush. Is there one that really stands out? Thanks as always!
