I have skinny friends who can't even jog for 5 minutes and I am way heavier and can do it. I'm actually overweight and I run and do spin class. I think it depends on your endurance. I doubt she can run for a long time but I'm sure she can at least do 30 minutes, i do.

Here's one of her workout videos that I found on YouTube. I don't how how long she can workout

They make her look huge in photos, but she does look quite normal and seems to be fit in the video.
Her face is beautiful... I know I don't look that good while working out.
Me neither - I'm a disheveled, sweaty mess. My trainer makes these videos... They never do the full work out, only a few reps and all the missteps and falling and "band-snapping-back-in-your-face" are edited out.
 
I'm 50. I'm so ****ing exhausted from hormone fluctuations that I can barely get dressed some days. And part of that whole process is that I went from a size 4-6 to a 10-12 in 2 years. On my small frame, I'm bouncing everywhere. You call me fat or obese and I will scrape up the last strands of energy I have and p**** a ***** out. I have bigger arms now, so I pack a bigger wallop. Jes sayin'.

Thank you Ashley Graham for making clothes for people like me. So I don't have to stand in the changing room at Banana Republic wailing over the fact that my boobs literally pop out of every damned one of their dresses (or get squashed ... squashed melons ... not a good look).

Same here. I am tall so that helps, but it still sucks.
The worst part is that any muscle tone I had vanished.................and I had been weightlifting on a regular basis since the early 80's
Oh.................and my feet grew at least a full size and my vision did a complete 180 literally overnight.
Ten years up the road and I still struggle with the fallout

When I see people's work out video, they work out 'that hard' for a reason, what's her end-game?

I don't categorize her as a 'super' model. It's almost like calling Kendall Jenner a 'super' model, it's a laugh.
Some people workout to maintain....given that she's also successful as a plus size model, she probably works out to maintain being plus sized. I workout with the intention of maintaining my thighs and donk...I have no desire to be 110 pounds with skinny legs and a flat butt.
