That's interesting because I think the thing that (traditionally sized) models need to have going for them is the ability to have a very thin body without their face getting gaunt.

Why didn't a magazine like sports illustrated use bathing suits that were her size? Stuffing her body in too small suits is not attractive and to me the pictures show off ill furring bathing suits that look painful to wear.
