i m LOVING the diamond confetti necklace i bought this past summer. it was well worth $600 cdn to me. it is a v unique piece like a lot of Yurman designs and i cant buy them here in Canada at least not many of the designs (holts has a few).

if u love it and will enjoy it, then it is worth it.

Here's my take on DY.... My very much older pieces are chunkier and heavier in the feel of the piece. The last time I tried on a DY bracelet I was amazed at how lightweight they became. Don't know why, but they are not the same at all. I know the price of silver has gone way up since my vintage pieces were purchased, but since the quality is not there, I'm going to admire my older pieces and not purchase any more.

I personally love DY silver and think it is worth it. I have 3 bracelts, 2 rings and a necklace and they are in heavy rotation. I am fortunate to live close to a DY boutique, so when I feel like the pieces are looking dingy, I just take them to the store and they clean them for free.

I went into Nordie and tried on a pair of morganite and diamond petite square earrings yesterday! They were very pretty but I'm not sure about paying $1200 for them especially SA said no sale no discount even with opening a Nordie card? I got 10% off at NM so I'm not gonna try Nordie again....still unsure.

The pieces are expensive, but as others have said, if you love it...

I have many bags and other things that some would say aren't worth the money. I also have a number of DY pieces that I love - wouldn't have bought them if I didn't! Just got the morganite petite Albion ring...which I love...

I love DY cuff designs but after looking at (even the new higher silver prices) I can't bring myself to make a purchase. I bought a similar cuff in SS and onyx for $200 vs $850 at DY.

Considering I have been selling all of my new peices for about 30 % of what I paid for them. I say no! I just unloaded a bunch of stuff on ebay. It is because of all the fakes I think. That said, no more silver and diamonds for me.
If I want silver, I will do Ippolita!

I think it's worth it, especially when you can get it at a discount (off 5th, etc.). I'll admit it, I'm addicted to Yurman. It's exactly my style for everyday wear and I get the most use out of my Yurman pieces vs. other jewelry I own.

I have quite a few (too many to count...) silver/gold pieces. I agree with smooches, DY is very wearable for everyday and I wear it a lot more often than I wear my more expensive pieces. If you love it and will wear it a lot, it's totally worth the price.

I have a thick DY wheat necklace that I wear every day and three DY enhancers (one amethyst, one citrine, and one diamond/lemon citrine) - I just snap on one that coordinates with my outfit du jour. I also have a DY blue topaz necklace and a 10 mm amethyst/peridot renaissance bracelet. I love all my pieces, everything but the necklace I got on ebay and it's all authentic. I get compliments on my pieces all the time. If I could afford it, I'd get the mosaic bracelet and the tapestry bracelet.
