Are there any David Yurman fans here?

^I agree....I don't follow trends at all. Sometimes I get lucky and the styles I like are trendy so I have choices. Then there will be LOOOONG stretches where nothing appeals to me.

Yurman is a definite winner in my book!

Where I am, Yurman is really popular with the Women of a Certain Age - the St. John wearing committee members. I see it rarely on the Ann Taylor young professional women; those are the only two groups who are caught dead in it.

I personally own a few pairs of earrings - I think they are classic and timeless. it's not trendy, but fun.

David Yurman is definitely not trendy. His pieces should last you a very long time, and with the more simple and classic pieces such as ones with freshwater pearls, you could potentially hand it down to your daughters.

Tarnish is an individual phenomena; depending on the acidity of your skin, the tarnish rate will increase/decrease.

So any answer to your question is subjective at best.

What I can say is that a good cleaner and cleaning cloth should make short work of any tarnish that does pop up ;)

I don't think Yurmans can ever die out. There is a reason why they have been around for so long. Personally, I believe some of their pieces are absolutely stunning.

I have been collecting and sell for quite some time now and to this day they have never been a problem market-wise =)

My final answer is yes, they are still and will always be in =)
