I am so disappointed with David Yurman customer service and jewelry repair. The hinge that connects the watch face to the bracelet popped out. It's not like the whole section broke, just one small piece popped off! Since we moved away from the store that sold me my 9 pieces of Yuman, I took it to an authorized jeweler in my new town of Glen Allen, Virginia. They sent it to Yurman and came back with an estimate of $682. When you pay as much as you do for a piece of jewelry from DY, you expect them to stand behind their work. I immediately wrote a complaint (including ALL my information, repair location, number etc) to DY customer service over 7 weeks ago. I have never heard a thing. This is not the company or the brand I thought it was. I would not suggest anyone buy a piece of David Yurman jewelry when they treat their repeat and once loyal customers this way.

I was thinking of asking for a DY piece for my graduation, but I think I am going to look at other designers instead.
Got the Mens Madison bracelet for my Husbands B-Day... It's wrapped up so I can't take a pic but I got it at Bailey Banks & Biddle over X-mas for $360.00 it was like 60% off then additional 10%... I hope he likes it!
