Ok Lou her is what I do, I make sure that I use either the rag that comes with the kit or one of my Outlet bags ( you know the ones for the accessories) I go to town on the sections of my bags that are leather (never Pnt Leather). I never hit the hardware, suede, straw or any other matteral..

If that still make you freak (I know it did me at first) what I did is I used it on a section of a leather bag that would not be seen by anyone but me and I really applied it hard and long. I let it dry a day and looked at it. It was fine and they I just did the rest of the bag...

I always have dry and wet rags near in case I mess up and go near any of the other matteral but I have never proven that it will cause it great harm.

For Suede just us a white or pink nail file and file the dirt away (I know it is weird but I have the actual kit that Coach has (and you can buy) and that is all it is a square light nail file) Never used the darker nail files (black or dark orange) because the color will transpose. After you file the Suede a bit dust it off (rub) and it will be fine. If the Suede is super dirty a little soap and water does it no harm..

Pnt leather just use wet sponge or towel..

I am sorry if this is more detail than you wanted but I want to help. I was also very scared of this process but it is all good Apple Conditioner is a great and easy product...

As for the MK bag, I assume the coated canvas is similar to my HS and graffiti stuff. I have never worried about getting conditioner on my coated canvas and have on numerous occassions with no issue.

Vachetta- I only one bag with Vachetta leather Handles and I do not worry about it. the handles have different look wear I handle her but I have no stains or dirt.

Twill- I do not have any but I was adviced by a friend that dryclean is best for this matteral.. Now if that is not what you can do. Brush the dirt of and take with a fine toothbrush and none abrasive soap clean any spots.

I have not tested this so would wait for an expert.

Signature fabric - I use the Coach Fabric Cleaner (I know no one else does) But it really works and takes care of the stains also.. you should Fabric Guard the Siggy bags also..

I would spot test on all of the bags on a small unnoticeable spot under a handle or something. I don't think Apple will bleed onto the suede but I accidentally got Apple on some suede once and it darkened it. Try not to. I have Appled my Gigis, even the light blue teal one and they are made of vachetta and it didn't darken them, they look exactly the same. I don't know about that light peach regular vachetta, though.
I answered your question about my wristlet on my thread about my Cambridge Hobo, louislover. :smile1: Go check.

As far as the vachetta, I have used Apple on my LV handles with great results.

I wouldn't worry about the coated canvas. Try conditioning the trim, but don't worry if some gets on the coated canvas parts- it wipes right off. The regular canvas, on the other hand, I would tape off so as not to get the conditioner on it.

As far as the Bleecker, I would go ahead and condition the leather parts (not the sueded parts, obviously). As long as you use it sparingly (you should use a soft cloth to appy it, don't ever just pour it on the leather) there is no way it would soak all the way through to the suede side.

Good luck!
