Interestingly no, I rotate them and fall in love with them again when I see them. LV's quality is superb but once in a while they have issues but once solved, I am in love again.

Me too. When I start to get tired I pull out a different bag and fall in love all over a again. Love it!

i do not like to let stuff own my life, thats why i do not like to own too much stuff i don't need. also digital stuff, i do not have a lot of photo's on my computer, emails also; when something is done, the emails are gone. my phone doesn't have a lot off apps or stuff, i do not have a lot of accounts, when i have to register to buy something, it must be really necessary when i will register to something.

all the stuff i own does fit in one box, incl computer, incl clothes and shoes, excl tv kitchenstuff, bathroomstuff, and furniture

its perfect nowadays, you do not have to buy cd's or dvd's anymore, everything is now digital, it doesn't need the space and care anymore. in my youth, i've collected a lot of these cd's and dvd's, glad this is past.

Ontopic to LV, i own a few ties from LV, this collection is done. for me this is the only lv collection i own; just like a stamp or coin collection. other stuff from lv, some jewelry, and some little stuff, it takes not much space. its easy to overview these little things, bags are not my favorite thing to take care off, i've got a bag for work, which is a simple bag from the brand crumpler, but its perfect for in the rain, stuff in it will not get wet.
I love ur way of thinking. I'm trying to downsize my closet right now and ur post is an inspiration to me

I was in the same boat- I've had my DE speedy 35 for a few years now and stopped carrying it about a year ago. I gravitated towards shoulder bags and bought a Speedy B 30. But since getting that bag I realized I love the opening of the 35 so much more! I dont like the way the speedy b 35 looks when it's carried by the shoulder strap though so that's not an option for me. That said, I've started carrying my de speedy 35 a lot now. And I love that I can find things easier in the 35! Definitely don't sell- I took down my listing and find I've been using it a lot.

Good points.

I think everyone has mentioned this but I switch out my bags seasonally, too. I actually associate holidays and events with certain bags and then look forward to using that bag again. I usually wear my favorite mm damier azur from memorial weekend through 4th of july weekend BBQ's and then the rest of july and august use my other damier azur, etc.

Don't go selling off those beauties yet, you will fall back in love with them soon enough!

I once stopped wearing my monogram handbags for five years. I think it was a phase. Now that I'm a little older, I'm enjoying my bags once again. I have to thank the Purse Forum for that. Now I rotate my bags and treat them well. Also, I added five more handbags to my collection since last year :D Yeah I know: I should go to ban island! Thank you all!!!! :ban:

I have been on a mad reorg of my bags lately. I felt I had too many to be using so I sold my bags that I couldn't use crossbody or I felt were redundant of other bags. But I have done this in the past too so I'm not sure how long my current collection will stay lol!

I got tired of my pochette accessories NM. It was too big for most bags and I liked the Pochette Felicie for crossbody over it.

So I gave it away to Mom.

I’ve gotten tired of my PM sized agenda and toiletry pouch 26, but I’m forcing myself to use it.

You know I am bored with my keypouch. If I ever get myself bag from any designer, I would eventually get bored of it. I think it natural to get bored of material things. Eventually I will have return of surge to love it again. :p
I am not using my key pouches right now either. I am thinking of selling one of the two that I have left. As I have gotten older, I decided I don't want multiples of the same style or print/color for my handbags and most of my slgs. Now that I have been using a four ring key holder, I just don't see needing more than one key pouch.

Yes. I'm losing my lust for my mono Neverfull MM. It's handy sometimes but it's not a particularly attractive bag on me. I just don't like the squareness of it. I just got my speedy 35 DA in December but I wish I had gotten the 30. I love my speedy 35 in DE. Love it. But the DA looks too big in 35.
I fell out of love with my mono speedy 30 about a year ago but we've recently reconciled[emoji7]. I'm loving her right now. And lastly, I've lost the love for my Eva. It's cute. Looks great. But it's too small. I'm thinking of consigning all 3 but I'm not sure wouldn't regret it later. And to make it worse, all are literally in like new condition & I won't get even close to what I'd want if I consigned. I've tried to use them more thinking I'd break them in and we'd bond. It just hasn't happened yet. I'd probably sell them for a decent price on eBay but it's become too risky and eBay is just not seller friendly anymore. Meanwhile, I keep trying to love them. Maybe I just have LV burn out right now.[emoji20]
Join some of the Lv Facebook pages and sell there. It’s not near as risky to the seller as eBay or poshmark etc

My first luxury bag was a monogram speedy 25 eleven years ago. I used it daily for six years. LOVED it. And then I had kids. And I haven't used it since.

I recently pulled it out and was admiring it. I really abused the bag and unfortunately the underpart of the handle is really black and I have only been moderately successful at cleaning it. The rest of the handles and the other vachetta handles, otoh, have patina-ed into the most gorgeous shade.

But there is no place in my life now for a strictly handheld bag.

My next bag will hopefully be the speedy b monogram 25.

I plan on saving my current speedy 25 for my girls when they're older.

Also, I see LV bags daily everywhere. But for some reason I don't see the speedy b much at all. Why??
If you want to clean the handles, I recently heard that a sales associate recommended applying foaming hand soap (like soft soap) sparingly with cotton balls, then dabbing it off with damp cotton balls. I saw the results and they were amazing.
