Anyone received the Feather Charm?

At this point, I say we all ban the damn feather thing and attach something else to our bags, like a cactus (they're going for a mid-western look, right?).
With the prices they're charging for these bags, the feather charms should be included ON the bags already, as part of the design.
It annoys me that some will "receive" as a gift and some won't. Coach yet again screws up its business strategy and irritates customers.
I love Coach but I don't think a feather is worth this aggravation.

I know! She said they didn't have any in stock. I said well what's on the ups truck then if you don't have any. Then she said they weren't available to sell. They should have honored the orders they already placed.

Just called back and they still said they weren't allowed to sell them. Gave me a $25 gift card for my inconvenience...whatever.

I paid for both charms with a gift card. They said they would mail me the total back on a gift card. I'm on hold now again with them because I want to make sure they refund me the shipping charges too.

At this point I don't even want anything from Coach! I still haven't even received an email saying the order I placed yesterday was cancelled.

This is horrible!! Im so sorry this happened to you. Coach really needs a reality check, they are driving away core customers.
