When I called, I left off the G in the style number. Hope that helps!
So I ALMOST did this the first time when I called CS and then my local store. I was told it wasn't available with CS the first time. My store told me that both would be available on the 15th and they would call me. Meanwhile, I read your suggestion and called back. I was able to get the $60 one (but they charged me shipping, which I don't think I've ever paid for shipping in hundreds of orders with Coach beforeThey told me the $50 is sold out. I'll wait and see if I can try again on the 15th for that one. Hope this helps someone else out

I am a bit confused. If we order from the store we pay no shipping. If we call Coach directly we pay the shipping unless over $150 I believe? I paid shipping on both my feather fobs.....kinda miffed as I usually order from the store but if the store cannot order I had no other option
You know, when I ordered the $50 one, the customer service rep almost immediately said my total would be $53 (with sales tax). I always take notes when I order something over the phone, and I know from those notes that this is the order in which the details went.
At that point, she had my billing and shipping addresses (and I know that for a fact, because there's a slight difference between the two, and my notes indicate that I made sure she noted the difference). .... Only *then*, did I say, "You know what? Can I change my mind and ship it to my local store instead? I usually ship directly to that store to avoid dealing with fedex/ups." She said yes, and pulled up the address of the store I usually ship to. Then she re-confirmed all details of the order.
But my point is this. ..... When I first hung up, I thought to myself, "Oh, I guess I got free shipping because I asked to ship it to the store." But then it dawned on me later, and I went back to my notes, .... she told me the total of $53 (which means free shipping), well before I asked to send it to the store instead. So it sounds like she was going to ship it to my house for free. ...... There really *isn't* much consistency going on with the reps, is there. I know I said it before, and I'll say it again. But these answers are just all over the place.
