Anyone ever purchase at farfetch.com?

What you always have to consider with farfetch is that it isn't just ONE shop, but a bundle of many actual boutiques from all over the world. This of course means different conditions, shipping costs and return policies. I agree they should have a standard shipping rate and return policy, but at the same time I understand this might be difficult to achieve.
I have ordered from them before and never had any problems. But I always check where the item I want is located, and so far only ordered within Europe. That way, shipping was low and returns wouldn't have been that much of a hassle.

I want to order a moncler jacket from farfetch, and im in nyc, do you know how much is the custom duty going to cost?
I just purchased some YSL pumps from farfetch and they just emailed me asking me to send a copy of my driver's license and credit card via email or fax. This seems a little fishy to me b/c I've been shopping online for 5 years and have never been asked to do this. Has anyone else had to do this? I wish I had read their reviews before I made the purchase. I'll just hope for the best....
