I'm not trying to discourage anyone from ordering from them but I am having
some issues with my order that I placed last week.

Long story short, my billing address is different from my shipping address. So,
as a result they were unable to send my order out. Mind you I only found this out
today after I sent them an e-mail last night inquiring about my order. However,
they said that would gladly send my order out only if I could fax them a copy
of my drivers license or a utility bill to ensure that my billing address matches
my visa debit that I used to order my purchase! *sigh*

Seriously the only problem I have with them is that they didn't follow up
with me sooner. I mean I ordered my shoes wednesday and got my
conformation# thursday saying that my order was being processed.
I had to e-mail them myself to get a reply from them! Is it me or
should they had notified me earlier about my order?? Also, I wonder
how long would it have taken them to respond to me if I hadn't responded
first?

Honestly, they are only trying to be safe - and I do not blame them one bit. That being said, this reflects very poor customer service on their end; you should have been notified the moment they decided not to ship out your order. Sorry to hear about this!

I totally agree with you! That was my whole point. The fact that they
didn't notify me sooner just really burned my biscuit...:p

BTW, I received an e-mail from them saying my order was approved
and that they would be sendidng it out right away! However, I still
haven't received a UPS tracking # from them as of yet. *sigh*.
Hopefully tomorrow I will. I know there is a 9 hour time difference
with them...

Pray for me.:D

Burned your biscuit.. .Ha!!! :p

Well, I'm sure that you probably used a CC so you could always do a chargeback if absolutely necessary, it's just still a pain in the rear, I can imagine!

I purchased a pair of Stella McCartney boots from
Farfetch.com. They didn't fit, so I contacted them to request an exchange the day after I received them. They wrote back a day later saying they do not do exchanges. I asked for a returns authorization, and they sent me one two days later. I followed the instructions and sent the boots to Italy two days later with delivery confirmation. They never claimed the package at customs and denied my return saying it did not get returned within the 14 days, even though I shipped them only two days after receiving the RA Number.
I follow the instructions and emailed them about the package with the tracking number, and they denied my return despite it. I emailed Customer Service to see if I could speak with a manager, but they will not call me or provide a customer service number.
I have been dismissed via email multiple times, and have experienced atrocious customer service. I will never use the website again, and I warn you agaist spending hundreds of dollars on luxury goods on a website who is not even willing to provide a phone number.
Needless to say - BUYERS BEWARE

And if anyone wants Stella McCartney black patent booties in a 38, let me know...

^^Oh WOW!!!!! Now you're making me nervous. I have yet to receive my shoes
due to that volcano incident that happened a few days ago. However, I received
and update from UPS saying that my package is now in "transit". But wait! I just
checked my status on ups.com and it said that my package is being "held" because
my invoice is missing?? WTF!! UPS notified me again and said they are in contact with
ff and are waiting for them to fax over another invoice! *sheesh* I am soooo over this..

Have you noticed recently an increase in employees from these companies creating accounts on this website in order to make posts solely supporting their own company and w***ing for orders???
Sorry P.Y.T that you had to endure all that drama, at least they reached you in the end and were not faulty (which is more than i can say for my Shopbop order)
I was planning on ordering from FarFetch in the future as Shopbop will be crossed off my list and my billing address is the same as my shipping address so i guess i am wondering if that will mean my transaction would go smoother?

pursesanity -I will never order from them again because they have poor
customer service and I didn't receive my order in a timely manner as
promised. I was supposed to receive my shipment in 2-3 days. But I
didn't receive it until 3 weeks later!! W-T-F... Plus, with all of the
duty taxes and fees it's just not worth it. And lastly, I had to pay
a $180.00 brokerage fee to UPS that I was unaware of. Overall,
It wasn't a pleasant experience for me. *sigh* But don't let me
discourage you.:p

Platinum_girly - WOW. I I've never had any problems with shopbop!
I have only good things to say about them. However, if you don't
feel good about shopping with them anynore then don't.

hi guys, im planning to buy a mcqueen ring from far fetch.. its alot cheaper then saks.com

i was wondering if australians need to pay custom duties cuz as i know, only items over 1000 are gona be charged with custom duties, but the ring comes up to 259 in shipping..

also, it says UPS EXPRESS SAVER 2 DAYS. does it really take two days to reach me?

I'm in Australia and ordered a pair of AMQ shoes and didn't pay any customs fees, but she shipping was $120AU. It took about 3-4 days to reach me and that was with the cheapest shipping.
