A lot of people who sell fakes buy packaging to further confuse potential customers.

I bought one off of Ebay that didn't feel right, so I shipped it back and won't buy pre-loved again for this exact reason. Otherwise, I carry my bags without embarrassment, though there are some places I just won't bring them. For example, I'm self-employed and when I'm meeting with a new client for the first time, I leave the LV at home because I don't want them to think I'm too expensive... lol!

Hoping this is not too much of a digression, but I’m less fond of Gucci for this reason because certain customers would wear Gucci caps or LOUD GG belts or those sneakers and looking absolutely horrid, i have no issue with people saving up for designer items but for those that think carrying certain designer items elevate their status, that puts me off.

Lol I can't return the one I bought unfortunately (and not unfortunately because I do love it and it looks great! But it is still nerve racking), but anyways... I do the same thing when I meet new people or go on interviews, because I don't want my interviewer to think "oh she doesn't need a job"; although it was a gift haha

OMG I was saying the same thing to my mom! The head to toe in Gucci is way too much and tacky. Yes be proud for saving up and reaching your goal, but at the same time maybe time it down a little .... or mix up with other brands. So many just want to be apart of the "gucci gang"
