My new Sydney Satchel from the Hudson's Bay sale. I love the satchel style and this is really perfect in terms of size and how it carries crossbody. This is the first in this style but I can tell it won't be the last.

Quick wear on the handels and the fact that the zipper doesn't run smoothly?

I'm wanting a camel one, but doubts....the leather would be thin as well according to some?

The camel has a thinner smooth leather. It was the older model sydney satchel. The newer one would have pebbled thicker leather. But i havent seen one in a camel like color yet

hmm, i haven't had those issues. Maybe it is best to try these bags in person at the store so you can pick a good one?

Got one! And took it skiing. One of the zips is less smooth than the other, but love the bag!! Great size!

Congrats, it's so pretty! Have you tried the soap technique on the zipper?

No I tried some oil but didn't work. What's the soap technique?

I use candle wax but same technique. Rub bar soap on the zipper track (zipper closed) or candle wax
