Bornsocialite26 and DiorDeVille- thanks for the complements. i love lp cashmere also (well who doesn't).

i love the globe bags. i actually got a third. couldn't resist the color and leather. i think the color is called brick and it is in the odessa calf. also got the aglaia in a camel color. so i am officially done for a while. i am crazy busy but when i have time i'll post some pictures.

Does anyone have a Celine bag as well? I was just wondering about comparisons and weight of the bag. I intend to check out a LP bag IRL After the holidays. I was told their sales are later on.

Does anyone have experience with the LP calfskin bags? How well does it wear over time? I know their Fjord leather is highly durable. The French Mojau Calfskin is lusciously soft and supple, but I have not heard much from owners with regards to its wear over time. Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi PsychoBagLady,
For almost two years I have a LP Genevieve bag out of chevre in a colour similar to H Etoupe. I assume the inner lining is calf. It is extremly soft and very durable.

I use this bag for business quite often and it looks still great, is very durable and the lining is also still fine (although I always carry way too many things in my bags).

I finally visited the boutique. It looked to me like all their bags are made to last forever. A bit on the heavy side and quite expensive although from what I was told from the SA's they are all handmade by LP. Everything in the boutique seemed like the kind of great quality that was from many many years ago. Very impressive!!

I am a fan of Loro Piana bags. There are timeless and not so outspoken like other brands.
The quality is superior. I have attachea a pic of my bellevue bag. I am about to buy a
grande globe bag in saffron, but still thinking about.
