Any brand of bags you won't buy for sure...

Dooney & Bourke (except maybe the Alto line as it's still made in Italy)
Coach (pretty expensive for what it is...it would have to really catch my eye!)
Juicy/Balenciaga/Chloe/Fendi/YSL/Kooba (just not my style)

Really I would only buy Hermes, LV, Goyard... I have too much I want from them to look at other brands!

Coach - Designs are ok, but not worth the price tag
Guess - Tasteless & Tarty
LV - Price is soaring HIGH
Ferragamo - Mature designs & pricey
Prada - Nylon bags only but overpriced
Balenciaga - Will die out soon
Patrick Cox - No-no

LV. To be honest the print is just plain ugly. I think most people only buy LV because it gives a certain image (-money,money,money). It's too much of a status symbol for me.

Coach: The SAs are always incredibly rude to me(even when I've purchased bags from them) and I don't think they are worth the prices the charge.
Dooney: I really dislike the way the bags look now. I miss the old original collections with the Duck emblem.
Marc Jacobs: love the way the bags look, but they are so darn heavy

So true. In LV defense, I do like some of the design styles of the bags like the Leonor & the Theda. But, it is so copied & I see so many cheap imitations out there. I wouldn't carry a real one just based on that.

Coach - only because i'd rather save money and buy something else
Dooney & Burke - don't like their designs
Isabelle Fiore - I love her designs, but her bags are not my style
BCBG bags - rather get something else

etc. etc.. this list can go on..

There's actually a longer list of bags i wouldn't buy opposed to bags I would buy :wtf:

Oh, and Kathy Van Zeeland--her stuff reminds me of the older crowd here in Florida with the perms, white pants, orange leathery skin, and pastel lipstick...the bags just try too hard to be hip with all that stuff hanging off of it. They weigh a ton.

Expensive bag buying started last year after I bought my 1st legit MJ on ebay (stella) heavy but loved the RICHNESS of it.

I use to only be a Dooney & Bourke, coach kind of girl. Although I see some that I like every once in awhile, I wouldn't buy anymore.
As a matter of fact, I have a cream backpack D&B, black D&B and a tan&brown D&B I want to sell. They are in my attic - I looked at them the other day - they seem so small compared to the big bags/hobos I've been buying.

I also have a Burberry in pink plaid that I loved when I bought but haven't really been wearing it. Won't buy anymore burberry probably.
I like some of them - but it's just that the ones I'm looking at are not leather and the prices are way up there for plastic? LOL...

I like leather. I feel that if I'm going to pay this much money for a handbag - it better be soft leather and no LOGOS on it. Every expensive solid leather bag I have is still in style. :) :) :)

I really like MJ, Rafe, Francesco Biasia, Kooba and a lot of other leather bags that I cannot yet afford. I think in my lifetime if I'm ever going to buy another Logo bag - it'll be either a Gucci of a LV.
But I'll have to do a lot of research on it and go looking a lot.
I'm not dying for LV or Gucci yet but I'll keep my eyes open.
But no more coach or D&B I think :p
