Any brand of bags you won't buy for sure...

I am a big believer in "never say never"... if a brand came out with the right bag for me, then I'd think about getting it regardless of which brand it was!

I'd probably never buy a super-expensive bag like a Hermes Birkin unless I won the lottery. Other than that, all bets are off!

I guess mine would be:

Coach (I have one tote that I use for rainy days...but that's it): Too expensive for what they are.
D&B: Too childish
Kate Spade: Too boring
Fendi (don't know why but nothing right now appeals to me)
Kooba: Just doesn';t appeal to me
Mulberry: same as above

I guess maybe the only ones I would buy are:
LV
Balenciaga (only the old smooshy leather)
Chanel (none of the quilted stuff though)
Gucci
Hermes (probably never in my lifetime lol)

Hmm, well I have a lot of the "nots" listed above. Here are mine:

*LV Mono (a couple of styles MAYBE) but I don't lust for them. They are too highly faked in my area. I have an Epi Noe, which I love because it doesn't scream LV.
*Hermes - def not my style. Toooo expensive.
*Guess
*Love my Fendi Zucca, but wouldn't buy a Spy bag
*Kate Spade - have one nylon tote, will not buy another Kate unless it is boars skin leather and I have to LOVE the style first

I'm easy to get along with - just put a pretty purse in front of me! LOL I guess probably LV is my main DON'T. Everyone in the area carries an LV and 99.9% of them are fake. Just yesterday in one store, we spotted like 6 fake LV's. Eww.

Well...I said "NEVER" when I first laid eyes on a Balenciaga Bag & a Fendi SPY bag.

I guess BOTH bags sent out subliminal messages to me because guess what's in my closet as we speak.....

Highly unlikely
Juicy Couture - too young
Luella - leather looks too hard
Prada Nylon
Coach signature style with logo (like the original)

Maybe I have not paid much attention to Dooney lately. I have one and a wallet from college, not too young looking and I like it. It is a designer that has been awile for some time.

Not crazy about logos but there is something about a Gucci which I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE!

But if I see something I like, I would consider it (regardless of designer).

juicy = elk! anything juicy is a yucky!
burberry = what's with the design? :yucky: stripes all over?
pucci = what's with the native art designed bags?
chanel and luella = matronly
etro = too expensive
kate spade = boring
guess = elk:push:

It's probably wise to never say never...but I don't like the styles of:
Dooney & Burke, Coach (not in a million years),Carolina Herrera, Burberry (every time i have one in my hand, the first thing that pops up is that for the same price I can buy myself a nice watch, sunglasses or maybe a nice wallet....or just something else :) ) And a big no no for Prada Nylon's! And some LV's... oh yeah, the Balenciaga bag just doesn't do it for me...

See, it is quite funny people have percieved filipinos to be from the third world. wait, imelda marcos and bryanboy's from the phil, and may i say that our tastes are surely different. but hey, i'll just speak for myself.

1. dooney and burke - never clicked and was pulled out of a major shopping mall here. i personally didn't like the murakami inspired going on while i was in the u.s last year. it flooded d&b.

2. coach - even the japanese scene slowly ended its obsession with my trying to like it. and it just died.

3. juicy couture - tacky.

4. all brand that are fakes. - enough said.

5. mass produced brands - samples from 1,2,3 above.

Chloe - don't care for the bags, too big, too heavy
Fendi - never liked the pattern
Balenciaga - just don't like the style
D & B - overpriced
Coach - what the hell are they thinking raising their prices?
Prada - just don't care for the design
Juicy - bags are cute for high-school
Kate Spade - overpriced
Hermes - way overpriced, but I would like a kelly someday:love:

I'm only collecting LV's and Chanel for the moment. With Chanel, I only like the classic style and with LV, there's a few more styles I would like to own.
