Amanda Bynes was arrested Thursday evening for drug possession, reckless endangerment, and tampering with evidence…
And even though she was cuffed wearing her signature blonde wig, it seems the popo made the former child star REMOVE the fake hair piece for her booking photo!

I thought it looked like a wig in the previous pictures at court but for real (?) is she having a cancer treatment or just doing precaution like Britney so that they can't test her for drugs through hair samples

I'm genuinely sad and scared for her. Something needs to be done ASAP. Her behaviour is so disturbing. She always seemed like such a nice, normal girl. I wonder what happened to trigger this, and no people who smoke a lot of weed don't get like this. She's either on harder drugs or has mental illness, or both.

I'm not sure what to think but I really hope that somehow she will get the help that she needs. Whatever she has been doing or how it started, it's not going to get better until somebody steps up. Whether it be her or someone else. Her lifestyle is really showing and it definitely isn't just marijuana. I hope she isn't alone because drugs + loneliness + no friends or family = bad ending.

It doesn't usually. It is far more likely that she has mental issues or is doing other drugs as well.
I hope she gets the help she needs.

You can become paranoid and psychotic from long term use but I think it would have to be many many years of continued use. I would think at this point it's a mental disorder or other harder drugs

My guess about the drug abuse is that she is self medicating due to a mental illness. It's such a shame they couldn't keep her at the hospital but I know how difficult it is to hold someone against their will, the burden of proof threshold is just so high. It's absolutely heartbreaking that she seems to be alone.

Yes, pot can bring to the surface underlying schizophrenia or other dormant disorders. But so can many other drugs and factors.

I wonder what drugs they found and why at this age she's lost it, usually mental illness strikes 18-early 20's or earlier

Not sure why but I feel like this story will end with an overdose. I would never wish that on anyone but with the drugs, poor judgement and lack of friends/family, it just sounds like there will be a sad ending
