Until weed is legal, I will never agree to the comparison with alcohol. Yes, I believe more destruction comes from alcohol-drunk driving deaths, violence, addiction, but the marijuana users I've known generally wind up looking for that higher high...so they try other drugs, lace it, or smoke multiple times a day.
She just doesn't care, and they are idiots for riding in the car with her.

I know this isn't something to joke about, but the twitter remarks on this are hilarious! Between her and Linds there are enough jokes to go around for days!
So what is the point of having a suspended license? Do they issue a warrant after a certian number of tickets? I always thought if you were caught you could be arrested but no wonder so many people drive without licenses!
Yes - or they think because weed is relaxing and relatively harmless to one's body, so they get curious about other drugs. *most, not all.
Amanda Bynes was pulled over again in L.A. on Sunday — and this time, her car was impounded.
The “Easy A” actress, who’s continued to drive despite having her license suspended earlier this month, was stopped by cops in Burbank around 9:00 a.m., the Burbank Police Department confirms to Gossip Cop.
After the officers ran her license and discovered it was suspended, Bynes’ BMW was impounded, police tell us.
She was given a ticket for driving with a suspended license.
This is the latest in a long series of car-related issues for Bynes, who was recently charged with two counts of hit-and-run following separate incidents earlier this year and was also arrested for DUI in April after hitting a sheriff’s car.

Amanda texted a friend this morning, "I HATE being compared to her." Amanda says she's never been arrested for drugs or chasing someone, like Lindsay. FYI ... Amanda is facing criminal charges of driving under the influence.
Nonetheless, Bynes says she and Lindsay were never friends in the first place, and LiLo needs to focus on herself and leave her (Amanda) alone.
As you know, Lindsay audaciously tweeted last night that it's unfair Amanda hasn't gone to jail and she has .... hey Lindsay, you're a convicted jewelry thief and probation violator. Hope that helps answer your question.

This is all so reminiscent of Brittany Spears right before she got help. The disheveled look, the driving around aimlessly, not making any sense. The girl is either one step away from a nervous breakdown or has already had one.

Amanda Bynes went shopping today in West Hollywood ... and locked herself in a dressing room for nearly 2 hours.
Amanda was shopping at Kin (above) -- a hip boutique. Amanda took some clothes inside the fitting room and stayed for 1 hr. 45 min.
The clerks heard a banging sound coming from inside the dressing room every 10 minutes or so. One clerk made a distress call to another employee, saying he was concerned about Bynes being hold up for so long. The employee drove to the store to help, to no avail. Amanda wouldn't come out, telling them, "I need more time."
Amanda finally came out at around 5:30 PM, went to the register and bought a pair of stilettos, a pair of sunglasses and a few other things.
Now get this ... as Amanda walked out she noticed she had tried on a bathing suit top that was underneath her dress and told the clerk she forgot it was on. Amanda then paid for the suit.
Amanda saw a few photogs before leaving and then asked the clerk to call her a cab. It's unclear how she arrived at the store.
Afterwards one of the clerks told someone, "I was so worried about her. I didn't know what she was doing in [the dressing room]. I didn't know if she was overdosing, or doing drugs or what."
