It's synthetic weed. It's legal but very dangerous.
I thought they made that illegal now? I know its been in the papers about kids dying after smoking it

Amanda Bynes Involved in Fender Bender While Driving on Suspended License

A judge told her to stop driving, so of course she didn't.
Troubled actress Amanda Bynes, who was arrested last week for DUI, is seen driving on the curb by the Chateau Marmont while also texting on her phone as she drove to Greystone Manor in Los Angeles. It is illegal to use your mobile phone for texting while driving in California.

Amanda Bynes covers up. (TMZ)
Amanda Bynes doesn't seem to be paying much attention to a court order to stop driving.
The actress, who recently had her driver's license suspended and was ordered by a judge not to drive, was snapped by TMZ photographers on Thursday night driving her black BMW around the streets of West Hollywood.
Adding to her driving woes, Bynes was also involved in a minor fender bender when she tapped the bumper of a white car while exiting a parking lot on Sunset Blvd. The driver of the white car and Bynes did not exchange information and no damage was caused.
In June the Easy A star was arrested for driving while intoxicated. She has also been charged with two counts of hit-and-run for incidents that happened in April and August. She could face up to one year in jail if she is convicted on both misdemeanor counts.
According to attorney Marc Harrold, Bynes is walking a dangerous line by continuing to drive on a suspended license. "Not only is she violating the law, she's doing it in a way that's aggravating to law enforcement," he said. "I'm a former cop, and it's not just what she's doing — there's a lot of people out there driving on suspended licenses, but when a celebrity does it, and does it openly, she's basically daring the police to do their jobs so that people don't say, 'Well why don't you convict stars?'"
Bynes' lawyer has not yet commented on the incident.
She's going to go nuts without her car, it was her safety blanket. Not to mention you need one in LA!
Does anyone else notice she is always alone in all the pics since April? Even leaving a bar at night, where are are friends? Also when she had to go pick up her car the day after getting DUI, she was just sitting there all alone looking so sad. The first thing you would do is call your BFF/close fam to help you or at least sit with you --but she had no one. She really needs help.
The first thing they tell the people (family and friends) of addicts is stick to you bottom lines. Do not enable them.
That's what they do.
You're not arrested unless there's a warrant out for you.
Until weed is legal, I will never agree to the comparison with alcohol. Yes, I believe more destruction comes from alcohol-drunk driving deaths, violence, addiction, but the marijuana users I've known generally wind up looking for that higher high...so they try other drugs, lace it, or smoke multiple times a day.
After being caught driving on a suspended license yesterday, Amanda Bynes has reportedly decided enough is enough. The troubled actress is supposedly telling friends she’s going to check into a rehabilitation facility tomorrow or Wednesday to undergo a thirty day in-patient treatment program to deal with whatever has been causing her to drive recklessly for months.
Her upcoming plans were first reported on Rumor Fix, though given neither she nor her agent has commented publically on the alleged help-seeking, it should be treated as a rumor at this point. Plus, even if she has told friends she’ll go to rehab, as anyone who has seen Intervention knows, planning to go and actually going are two entirely different things.
Is this Groundhog Day!?
