I would assume it is drugs, leading to mental issues, not just that she's having a breakdown but who knows? I can't believe her neighbors have done nothing. Actually, I can't believe her family has not stepped in since she is all over the news. At this point, if I knew how to contact her family I would and I don't even live around her!
Why can't she be arrested over pics of her driving without a suspended licenses? Obviously the pics would show as proof.
She must not be on good terms with her family. Probably because of her drug use. They might have tried to help but she doesn't want to be helped, so they are just waiting for her to hit rock bottom on her own. It is very hard to help someone who doesn't want to be helped.

if this girl injures or kills an innocent victim the LAPD needs to be sued- they have failed in their job keeping her off the street.

True but you'd think they could at least pull a Jaime Spears and get their kid on a 48 hour psych hold. It seems that no one is doing anything, including the police.
She is obviously a full blown addict now, look at her. She screams "all messed up". The majority of the people that I know and have known that smoked pot, dabble in other drugs too. Its the nature of the beast.
I wouldn't say that necessarily. I've indulged in the ganga but I've never done anything else besides alcohol. It just depends on a person's comfort level and their own personal limits.
Also, this girl seems to do nothing all day but get high and aimlessly hit and run. A lot of time on her hands. She makes Lindsay look like a driving instructor right about now.
True. Say what you will about Brittany and her family, I give her family credit for caring about her and getting her back on track

Take a look at dina lohan. Lindsay IS the cash cow and has been supporting her family's extravagant lifestyle for years. Dina has never made an effort to get her child back on track. Maybe she doesnt want to make her mad and lose the cash flow? or maybe she thinks its okay because its hollywood. Either way, shes not being a parent now.
I still see it differently. And this is off topic but I am not too fond of BS parents. They did nothing while she was being worked to death except ride the gravy train. I am not saying they do not love her but Britney had a lot to lose financially if someone did not step in and take control of her situation. And it helps that Britney parents are not active drug addicts.
Lindsay is broke, so are her parents and they are all on drugs.
Back to Amanda, it is possible her parents/family are trying to do something and we just do not know about it. At least I hope.
