Amanda Bynes pulled over days after her drivers license was suspended
No license, no problem. Mere days after Amanda Bynes driving privileges were taken away by the DMV following her being charged with two counts of hit-and-run, the former child actor was shockingly back behind the wheel and her driving skills have not improved! Bynes, 26, was pulled over by LAPD on Sunday night because she failed to turn on her headlights in the darkness. In a video taken by Splash News, the All That actress, now a brunette, is standing next to her BMW the one involved all those accidents while being interrogated by two police officers, who let her go with just a verbal warning.
As TMZ points out, the cops must have neglected to run a check on Bynes name because if they had, they surely would have discovered that she is not even supposed to be on the road. (Driving without a valid license is an offense that could be punishable by jail, but instead Bynes was sent on her merry way.)
Failing to turn on her lights is just the latest in a string of scary driving moments for Bynes. After her DUI on April 6 during which she rear-ended a police vehicle she went on to be involved in three hit-and-runs in the L.A. area, but she is only being charged for two of them. Bynes is due in court on September 27. If convicted of both misdemeanors, she faces up to a year in jail.

I just don't get it. She has to be on something to have all of these constant driving issues (I'm sorry, unless you're 90 years old or maybe 16, no one can have this many driving problems).

The car is a mess. Trash is strewn everywhere. There are stains on the seat, empty bottles, dog hair and various other items.
Amanda started her journey at Baja Fresh in the San Fernando Valley, where she smoked from the pipe in the restaurant parking lot and ate tacos. She then went to a spa, where she spent 3 hours. We're told Amanda then drove without purpose for several hours, sometimes cutting off other drivers and violating various traffic laws. Amanda ended up at Home Depot, where she again took a hit from the pipe in the parking lot.
TMZ has confirmed ... Amanda is driving illegally, because the DMV suspended her license on August 25. As for why her license was yanked, we believe it's because she refused to take a sobriety test when she was busted for DUI in April. In California, such refusal results in automatic license suspension.

What fame though? That's what sad. She hasn't done anything in years. Wasn't she rarely talked about it until the hit and runs.
Even worse. When the fame starts to wane is when most celebs first start going off the rocker...
Well, now we know why she's such a crappy driver. And sorry, but I've known people who were killed due to intoxicated driving...so selfish and immoral. What an idiot.
