Where I used to work, we joked that we broke the what constitutes as sexual harassment on a daily basis, and that it's only sexual harassment if it was unwelcome.


Well, in your case, it WAS unwelcome. You felt uncomfortable. Nobody has the right to do that if you don't want them to.

Yay! You did the right thing by reporting it. If he made you feel uncomfortable, then he shouldn't work there!

I am just now reading this, and he was way out of hand i think u did the right thing.....Thats is some what scary.....next time hopefully it wont be a next time , he should get a good whack in the face
