To my knowledge all new bags. At least my iodine Rocco from last season has its piping enforced.

Regarding the piping issue, i have my eye on a luggage rocco ( pebbled, not quilted). Can anyone tell me if the piping issue was corrected prior to luggage, or wAs it after? TIA!
