I am 5'9 so the Rockie would definitely be too small for me...plus I love big bags
I thought I'd just give a quick little review of my Rocco. I got it about eleven months ago and wore it everyday since. I'm not quite sure what to think about the quality though. Handles are basically fine, the leather looks worn in and a little rubbed off at some places though. No piping exposure, but it's going to show earlier or later anyways. Mine is black, but it actually lightened around the top quite a bit. Looks like a very dark blue in bright light exposure. Just a few weeks ago I felt the need to condition it, as I do on a regular basis. And oh well, I found two little holes on the bottom; near the studs. They are in the creases of the leather, but one is always exposed, no matter what. You can clearly see the material under it. The other hole is still small enough to be covered by the crease of the leather. I have been absolutely careful with this bag at any time, so I'm a little sad about that.
But as a fellow fan of the Rocco I ordered a Rockie today (who would've ever thought
). I'm actually hoping for it to be less slouchy, because my Rocco is pretty shapeless and floppy. The new lining seems to do it's job, so fingers crossed!

Yes - I saw it and I want it! It is similar, I thought when I first saw it, to iodine. But since I don;t have iodine - I have an excuse to get it!!
I just bought my first AW bag, the rocco!!! I got it from Nordstrom with my husbands awesome employee discount! I was shocked to walk in to Nordstrom to find the back ordered color combination I've been eyeing for months! Black with rise gold!!!! Words can't express my excitement. I've carried it for a week now and absolutely love it! I normally carry my Louis Vuitton speedy or neverfull or crossbody, so it's exciting to have such a different and edgy bag!!! I do not notice the weight issue everyone complains about.
